CSR compliance

CSR/ESG performance is now monitored as closely as financial statements – It is essential to equip reporting for all related business areas

Transforming CSRD requirements into a performance lever

CSR and ESG reporting obligations (CSRD) require companies to consolidate data from multiple business areas and guarantee their traceability: HR, Safety, Environment, Energy, Stakeholder Management, etc. This information is known by the sites and used by corporate teams. The workload involved in producing this data requires a wide range of skills at the sites.

Actions

Within multinational companies, the requirements of national legislation in different countries tend to generate a wide variety of needs; as a result, it is advisable to opt for robust and scalable market solutions.

I led the rollout of a QSE/CSR tool for a multinational company to automate ESG/CSRD reporting. Given the complexity of multi-site data (HR, Safety, Environment), I selected a robust and scalable solution that meets international legislative requirements. I structured the collection process into periodic campaigns, thereby reducing the workload for local teams. This project made it possible to centralise corporate data while generating economies of scale thanks to a single cross-functional tool.

Results

The controlled and auditable consolidation of this data justifies equipping multi-site companies with campaign-based data collection solutions.

The same tool is used in several business areas and enables economies of scale.
