- Build the team and define project governance
- Use our market knowledge to identify relevant players
- Use our knowledge of your information ecosystem to identify business data repositories (employee repository, authentication repository, organisational structure repository, etc.) and the IT standards on which to rely (authentication, business intelligence, etc.)
- Help structure the call for tenders in accordance with regulations (GDPR, etc.) and cybersecurity and operational requirements, leading to the procurement of the appropriate solution.
